Vinyl
Signs
Vinyl
is made from an oil by-product and comes in rolls. The
easiest way to explain it is that our computer sign
design software communicates with the vinyl cutter and
actually cuts the vinyl without cutting the backing
paper that the vinyl sticks to. The excess vinyl is
removed (weeded) and what is left is the graphic or
letters that will be applied to the substrate or vehicle.
Vinyl
may be applied to many substrates, some of which are
wood,
plastic, polystyrene, corrugated plastic, komacel, and
aluminum. Some plywoods are coated with plastic on the
surface that is vinyl receptive.
Besides the normal squares and rectangles, others shapes
and sizes can also be cut to your specifications
Most signage that we produce is both indoor and outdoor
durable.
